If you require an ADA Accessible room, be sure to request at the time of reservation AND email Companion Kattera Giese aurorasouthern@hotmail.com with your SCA Name, Modern Name and the type of room and that you have requested an ADA Room.

Reservations require a Credit Card on file. Cards will not be charged before check-in.

Pets are allowed with a $50 deposit, and a signed pet policy agreement.

If you need a Microwave or Refrigerator please request at the time of reservation, and confirm at check-in.

Room Block Rates:
Double Queen and Premium King Rooms - $169/night +taxes and fees
Single Queen rooms - $144/night + taxes and fees

Parking is complimentary for hotel guests using the room key card for exit.
